I work as Visier’s Principal of Research and Value, where I collaborate with Visier’s team of data scientists, people analytics experts as well as HR professionals to help produce data-based and practical insights for organizations.
As a previous human capital analyst and organizational researcher, I bring a research, science and consulting background to my role. Over the past 10 years, I created countless bodies of quantitative and qualitative research for HR and business professionals, and I publish regularly about strategic HR practices in both English and German media outlets. Over the years I built my expertise in the fields of leadership development, people analytics, talent and performance management, compensation strategy, and the science of organizational change and transformation.
I consider it to be an honour to serve on the board of Swiss HR Analytics and I also enjoy offering regular guest lectures at universities and business schools in the USA, Germany and Austria. My work is widely publicized in the US and Europe, and my contributions have appeared in Harvard Business Review, The Washington Post, Forbes, CNBC, Business Insider, Chief Learning Officer, FastCompany, Wall Street Journal, Deloitte Review, Wirtschaftswoche, FORMAT, the Leadership & Organizational Development Journal, and more.
